5.0 out of 5 stars Great Brush Heads, December 5, 2011

My husband has sensitive teeth and I switched the brush head of his Sonicare from the regular one to these sensitive ones. And he likes them especially with Sensodyne. I compared the bristles and they do feel softer on my hand than the regular ones. I'm happy Sonicare offers this sensitive version of their brush heads as all teeth are not equal in sensitivity. I will purchase again and definitely recommend these to anyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice, November 24, 2011
This review is from: Philips Sonicare HX6053/62 Sensitive Brush Heads, 3-Pack (Health and Beauty)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program ( What's this?)
I have sensitive teeth! I use tooth paste for sensitive teeth, the 'sensitive' setting on my Sonicare--basically, whatever I can find to make brushing more comfortable, and my teeth less sensitive. The bristles on this Standard Sensitive Brush are softer than the regular bristles, and it feels like I'm getting a good cleaning, without hurting myself. One more tool in my arsenal of sensitive-tooth care!

5.0 out of 5 stars It seems as if the dental professionals generally recommend a softer toothbrush, January 13, 2012

I'm not a dental professional, but I've been reading up on the subject a bit and it seems as if softer brush heads are generally recommended by the professionals.

These brush heads will still get your teeth plenty clean, but they're softer. If you have sensitive gums, or if you simply prefer a softer brush head, these brush heads should do the trick for you.

I thought that I preferred a slightly firmer brush head, but I might just start using these going forward. I'm a bit surprised that Sonicare didn't offer these before.

5.0 out of 5 stars As if I bought a brand new brush, November 8, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
This review is from: Philips Sonicare HX6063/60 DiamondClean Standard Brush Heads, 3-Pack (Health and Beauty)
I've had my sonicare now for about 5+ years and I absolutely love it. I started out with the old screw on brush heads with the older model and then moved up to the newer design where you just push them on. Well, over the years I've bought various types of brush heads for it and most recently I bought one of those 5 packs from Costco. I wasn't thrilled by them and it just seemed like they were a little too soft and just didn't clean my teeth as well. Let me tell you that when I first put this brush head on my sonicare and used it for the first time, WOW, it was as if I had just bought a new tooth brush. I don't know if it's real or perceived but it seems like this has now doubled the power of my already great brush. At first I was spraying tooth paste all over the bathroom mirror, just like when I first got the brush. I've had to adapt the way I brush a bit but it leaves my teeth feeling brand new. I would definitely recommend this brush head. It will make your sonicare feel... Read more

My family has been using Philips Sonicare tooth brushes now for over 5 years. Since coming out with the new Diamond Clean brush heads, I feel like they do an even better job at cleaning our teeth. They are not the cheapest brush heads out there, but so far they seem to be doing a fantastic job at cleaning our teeth. I would definitely recommend them even at the current price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Gives You A Fresh Mouth, January 11, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
This review is from: Philips Sonicare HX6063/60 DiamondClean Standard Brush Heads, 3-Pack (Health and Beauty)
Stumbling around Philip's site, I saw that they've introduced a new model of Sonicare that uses these Diamondclean heads. However, instead of ponying up the $200+ for a new toothbrush, I was delighted to find out that I could buy the replacement heads and use them with my existing Sonicare.

Overall, these heads work very well and with minimal effort, do a very effective job of cleaning my teeth, especially around the gum line. If you're looking to take your Sonicare experience to the next level, give these heads a try!

Bought the Essence from Costco but they didn't sell the replacement brushes. This one fits and is a pretty good price for 6 brushes. Since one lasts 3 months, this should last for a year and a half.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hate to admit it, but name-brand better than generic, July 10, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
This review is from: Philips Sonicare Toothbrush e Series Heads Fits: Essence, Xtreme, Elite and Advance - 6 Pack (Health and Beauty)
We tried a knockoff brand before buying these, because face it, Sonicare heads are expensive. The knockoffs were LOUD. When they wore out, we tried these. Both my husband and son felt like the name-brand heads did a better job and removed plaque that the generics did not.

Having a pack of replacement brushes around conveniently allows one to replace the head as necessary. Many people hang onto their toothbrush long after the bristles have ended their useful life. These replacement heads have a blue strip on them which fades with time. When it's gone, it's time for a new brush head! I like this toothbrush better than the last electric one I had because it runs off of a wall plug in charger rather than double a batteries, but that is a review of the toothbrush more than of this product.
